Would NOT recommend Spartan Meal Prep

Food was decent and orders delivered quickly. Complaints are that meals prep containers are typically broken upon delivery so food all over the box. Also, I could NEVER get in contact with their customer support team to correct an order. I specified in the order notes for lunch & dinner, and received breakfast & lunch... it's pretty frustrating when those are your meals for the week & you've already spent $150+, and then have customer support never respond in the chats or answer the phone. I literally called 10 times in a row just to see, and still no response... half of my meals wasted.

Would NOT recommend this meal prep service b/c of their lack of consistency in quality of experience, lack of meal variety, in addition to poor customer service. I'm moving to Fresh n Lean instead.

I was excited until I realized there was a bug in one of my meals. I couldn’t trust the rest so I threw out everything. I’ll be making my own meals.

Getting better one day at a time

The meals have been an excellent way to maintain a strict weight los program while not feeling fatigued. I am on this journey that feels like forever but I have committed to myself to get control over my body and mind. Thank you Spartan meals for preparing these meals they truly make a difference.

Our Weight loss meal kit is designed to range between 1200-1500 calories. All orders will give you access to our info archives via email. At checkout be sure to include your email. We will provide you the proper eating times, water infusion recipes, easy to follow habits to improve digestion performance and nutrient absorption, weigh in and exercise accountability sheets, as well as a constant email stream of relative health and welness content. For best results we recommend performing at-least 45 mins of exercise 3-5 days a week aimed to burn at-least 350 calories.
