Our Weight Loss Plan is very simple we focus on:
- Low Calorie Daily Intake (about 1500 Calories Per Day)
- 3 Meals a Day which helps with proper digestion.
- Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 100g Protein per day)
All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly and also Include:
- Eating Guides which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
- Digestion & Hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency.
