Our Weight Loss Plan is very simple. We focus on:

  • Low Calorie Daily Intake (about 1500 Calories Per Day)
  • 3 Meals a Day, which helps with proper digestion.
  • Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 100g+ of Protein per day)
  • Eating Guides, which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
  • Digestion & Hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency

In this plan, we choose the Meals. Please let us know your preferences or any allergies in the order notes.

Packages including protein snacks will recieve a mix of protein oat balls, protein cookies, or protein brownies.

Packages including vitamins will recieve either a multivitamin, digestive enzymes, or green superfood veggie smoothie powder. If you'd like to choose what supplement you recieve, please include your option in the order notes.

TOP TIER NOTHING COMPARES.

I like the variety although I do get a lot of pancakes lol. There are a few dishes that I’m not crazy about and a few that I could eat all the time. But I don’t complain because they literally save me time in the kitchen. I look forward to eating real food with great flavor. I aLeo appreciate Spartan meals for adding some dishes with vegetables in them. It comes in handy when I need a break from the rice. Fruity pebble waffles and the red velvet pancakes are my absolute favorite. The Greek bowl is my new obsession along with many others. I haven’t found a company that compares at the moment. Cristian my delivery driver is also top tier. I can’t thank him enough for making the trip to deliver my food with care. A special thanks to Chris as well. Keep up the great work Spartan meals you guys are keeping me on track during my fitness journey. Thank you for such great food and service

I get the 12 meal plan, which I think its great! The only thing I they would do is, split equally 6 breakfast and 6 meals. For me going to work, breakfast in the morning then lunch be better fit for me. But excellent food prep plan.
