This is a very good and simple meal that wont disappoint! I normally have this meal after a workout as its high in protein and has good carbs to replenish after my lifts.
Chicken breast, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Chicken base, Chicken broth, Lettuce, Tomato, Corn, Black beans, Brown rice, Ranch dressing.
